REFUND AND RETURN POLICY.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, oils, balms or hemp flowers (cannabis CBD) cannot be returned.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to your bank account via wire transfer, within 45 days, after providing us with a RIB containing all the information necessary for the refund to proceed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
